Meat sandwiches are a simple, tasty, and flavorful second course.
When I go to the butcher, I often see them ready to be purchased, and most of the time I’ve been tempted to buy them, and in fact, once I did and tasted them. They are delicious and often save your lunch or dinner, especially when you don’t know what to cook or are in a hurry.
This time I wanted to try making them at home.
I bought some veal, but if you prefer, you can make them with other types of meat like beef.
And then I stuffed them with cooked ham and slices of Galbanino cheese.
In this case, you can fill them with whatever you like: with cooked vegetables and other cheeses like scamorza, provolone, or caciocavallo.
So here is my version 😉
