The 3 mixed salads to shake are 3 very simple recipes to prepare an entire menu that just needs to be shaken and then enjoyed at the beach or in the mountains!
The dressing for the 2 mixed pasta salads is simply a vinaigrette of extra virgin olive oil and white wine vinegar, but nothing prevents you from making a mix with mayonnaise and good oil, or using tuna sauce with oil or a mix of Greek yogurt and aromatic herbs like cilantro and parsley.
The mixed salad of summer and exotic fruit is really a great simplicity just sweetened with sugar, but here too you can make a topping of very fluid melted chocolate and pour it inside to make this salad of firm and ripe fruit irresistible!
In short, the 3 mixed salads for a quick and tasty menu to shake like a cocktail are ready to vary according to your personal tastes!!
I put them in Bormioli jars, but if you bring them to the sea in a cooler bag, use other containers that won’t break even if they get jostled, haha!

Ingredients for 3 Mixed Salads to Shake
- 1.4 oz short pasta (like penne for me)
- 3.5 oz cherry tomatoes
- 1.8 oz mozzarella
- 3.5 oz mixed salad
- 4 slices prosciutto
- 1 tbsp pine nuts
- to taste salt
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
- to taste white wine vinegar
- 1.8 oz short pasta (like tubetti for me)
- 1 carrot
- 1 1/2 red Tropea onion
- 6 radishes
- 1 1/2 bell pepper (green for me)
- to taste salt
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
- to taste apple cider vinegar
- to taste white eggs
- to taste mango
- to taste peaches
- to taste blackberries
- to taste papaya
- to taste raspberries
- to taste sugar
- to taste lemon juice

FOR THE PREPARATION OF THE 3 Mixed Salads to Shake
As always, cook the pasta al dente in boiling water and drain it, quickly rinsing it under a stream of cold water.
Wash and cut the vegetables required by the recipe and in the jar put the cherry tomatoes in wedges, mozzarella, pasta, salad, and thin slice of prosciutto.
Pour in the already mixed dressing and seal the first mixed salad to shake!
Cook the pasta al dente and quickly cool it under a stream of cold water.
Scrape the carrot, wash it and cut it into pieces.
Wash and cut the other vegetables, i.e., the green, yellow, or red bell pepper, radishes, and red Tropea onion.
In our jar we place the bell pepper in small squares, the carrot in pieces, the radish in thin slices, and the chosen pasta.
Finish with the thin onion and the chosen dressing.
Wash and pat dry the various types of local and exotic fruit.
Use a clean cloth or kitchen paper and then arrange the various types of fruit in layers.
I added a little lemon juice and granulated sugar which, with the juice of the various fruits, will create a fresh and pleasant mix.
