The sweet tile of cookies and chocolate cream is a homemade and very simple dessert with a chocolate and cocoa cream without flour, not just good but VERY GOOD, a real delicacy that I’ll keep in mind for future recipes!
I used some dry biscuits similar to Oswego that were a bit dormant in the kitchen, but if you want, you can use other biscuits like Rigoli, always using simple biscuits, not filled and not with chocolate chips…
This delicious dessert with dry biscuits and dark chocolate cream and cocoa powder can also be put in the freezer and turned into a cookie and cocoa semifreddo!

Preparation RECIPE Chocolate Cookie and Cream Tile
•To prepare this simple and delicious no-bake dessert with dry biscuits and chocolate cream, line the loaf pan with cling film.
•The first thing to do to prepare the homemade dessert chocolate cookie and cream tile is to make this amazing super chocolaty cream!
•Then proceed by melting the chocolate that has been coarsely chopped, either in a double boiler or in the microwave.
•In a small saucepan, add the milk and then combine the sifted cornstarch and unsweetened cocoa.
•Mix with a hand whisk and also add the sugar.
•Slowly bring to a boil, then remove from the heat and add the melted dark chocolate.
Stir the mixture and you will get a chocolate and cocoa cream that I urge you to save in your recipe book because it’s… TO DIE FOR!
•Now let’s really prepare the summer tile of cookies and chocolate, lining the loaf pan with cling film.
•On the bottom (but if you want, also on the sides) put a couple of tablespoons of dark chocolate cream and unsweetened cocoa powder.
•Place the dry biscuits on top of the chocolaty sauce and line the sides of the loaf pan with the biscuits.
•Now continue making layers alternating chocolate cream and biscuits until you fill the loaf pan.
•Now cover the tile of chocolate, cocoa, and biscuits with cling film.
•Let the layer cake rest in the refrigerator for a few hours, but ideally, let it rest overnight.
•When serving the cookie and chocolate cream tile dessert, invert it onto the serving tray, removing the cling film, and portion it for each diner.
Enjoy your meal!
