I never bought peanut butter because I mistakenly thought it was something that I would NEVER like, so I completely ignored it!
Then, I don’t even remember where I bought it, I had the nice idea to buy it and damn it … I liked it so much that I ate it with my fingers as if it were Nutella!!!!!!
So, I decided to try making it at home, and here is my intense and very creamy homemade peanut butter, a real treat!
The peanuts are a fruit that has 567 calories per 100 grams of product, you can find them salted ready to accompany a nice Aperol Spritz or still to be shelled, therefore natural!
The properties of peanuts or American peanuts are:

INGREDIENTS FOR HOMEMADE PEANUT BUTTER RECIPE
- 16 oz Peanuts (shelled)
- 2 tbsp Peanut oil
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt

FOR THE PREPARATION OF THE HOMEMADE PEANUT BUTTER RECIPE
Preheat the oven to 356°F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the American peanuts, the peanuts.
Leave them under the grill for 3/4 minutes and then let the toasted peanuts cool completely.
Put the peanuts in the blender, add the peanut oil, and blend everything with short pulses.
Scrape down the sides of the bowl, returning the peanuts to the base, and blend the mixture well.
Once the mixture has formed, also add the salt and sugar, mixing with the blades one last time.
Put the homemade peanut butter in an airtight container and store it in the refrigerator, where it can be used for about 3 months!
