Ingredients RECIPE Creamy Shrimp and Spinach Pasta
- 160 g Pasta (for me Reginette)
- 1.75 oz Baby Spinach
- 10 Shrimp
- 1 Shallot (finely chopped)
- 3.5 oz Mascarpone
- 1 pinch Paprika (for me spicy)
- to taste Salt
- to taste Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- to taste Pepper

Preparation of the Recipe Creamy Shrimp and Spinach Pasta
In a pan, pour a little extra virgin olive oil and quickly brown the cleaned shrimp seasoning with salt and pepper.
Once they take the shape of the letter C they are ready and we keep them in a dish to complete the recipe later.
In the same pan where we seared the shrimp we add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and the finely chopped shallot and let it stew quickly.
Add the mascarpone, paprika, and fresh washed baby spinach.
A few minutes and we turn off the heat.
Boil the pasta as always (for me Reginette), drain it al dente and moist, pouring it into the pan with the sauce.
Toss the pasta and taste, adjusting the saltiness of the dish if necessary.
