Today a creamy dessert: the easy dessert with yogurt Greek without flour, not just easy but very easy and suitable to conclude any menu, whether meat or fish!
The Greek yogurt I bought is from the brand Fage and I believe it is one of the most sold in our stores and supermarkets; it is very creamy and more compact compared to the traditional ones and has many properties like a fair content of proteins and carbohydrates, minerals such as potassium and phosphorus, and low fat.

Ingredients EASY DESSERT RECIPE WITH GREEK YOGURT WITHOUT FLOUR
- 4 medium eggs
- 3/8 cup sugar
- 5 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 1/2 teaspoon instant baking powder for desserts
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt (for me 5% Fage)

FOR THE PREPARATION OF THE EASY DESSERT RECIPE WITH GREEK YOGURT WITHOUT FLOUR
Separate the egg whites from the yolks by placing them in 2 separate bowls.
Using electric whisks, beat the yolks with the sugar for a long time until you have a light and frothy mass.
Add the vanilla extract.
Now add the Greek plain yogurt still using the electric whisks and mix the mass well.
Now add the sifted powders, namely the cornstarch and the instant baking powder for desserts.
Finally, gradually add the beaten egg whites using a flexible spatula.
Line the pan (for me 8 inches in diameter) with parchment paper, then pour the mixture leveling well.
Bake in a preheated oven (338°F) and let it cook for about 40 minutes or according to the characteristics of your appliance.
During baking, the dessert will rise like a soufflé and then… it will lower again, ehm ehm!
Let it cool down and then serve this mild-tasting dessert that is suitable to conclude any type of menu because it has a light and delicate flavor.
For an extra touch, I added a nice dollop of whipped cream and some fresh strawberries.
