CREPES BUNDLES FILLED AND BAKED AU GRATIN

Ingredients RECIPE CREPES BUNDLES FILLED AND BAKED AU GRATIN
- 1 cup milk
- 2 medium eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 knob of butter
- 9 oz champignon mushrooms
- 3.5 oz cooked ham (diced)
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 tbsps Grana Padano cheese (grated)
- 2 oz mozzarella (cut into julienne)
- as needed knob of butter (before baking the dish)
- 10.5 oz béchamel sauce
- as needed salt, pepper, nutmeg

FOR THE PREPARATION OF THE RECIPE CREPES BUNDLES FILLED AND BAKED AU GRATIN
Melt the butter in a small pan of about 8 inches and prepare the crepes stacking them on top of each other to cool
In a pan, add a little olive oil and brown the garlic removing it as soon as it colors too much.
Add the cleaned and sliced champignon mushrooms and cook over medium-high heat for 7-8 minutes.
Turn off the heat and start composing the filled crepes.
Place a crepe on a surface, add a little mushrooms in the center, add a few cubes of cooked ham and a thin layer of béchamel sauce.
Close them as bundles and continue until the ingredients are finished
Put a little béchamel on the bottom of the baking dish and neatly arrange the filled crepes with champignon and ham.
Sprinkle the crepes with the julienned mozzarella and the grated cheese.
Add some knobs of butter and bake at 375°F for about 20 minutes or according to the characteristics of your appliance.
Once cooked, let them cool slightly and then serve this rich and tasty first course at the table!
