I added Rocher chocolates to the filling cream, but you can vary by adding ‘simple’ chocolate chips or even crushed brittle, pieces of nougat…
The filling can also be a caloric buttercream, which seems to be the most known filling for this variety of no-bake cold cake slab.
This type of spoon dessert is also called a slab due to its shape, not its consistency, as the dessert is definitely creamy and delicious!

- 36 Oswego biscuits
- 500 g mascarpone
- 200 ml fresh liquid cream
- 5 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 15 Rocher
- to taste milk (optional and to brush on the biscuits)
- 3 tablespoons chocolate cream (for me Nutella)

PREPARATION OF EASY AND QUICK NO-BAKE DESSERT
Make a first layer of dry biscuits, for me Oswego.
Brush each biscuit with milk.
Spread the chocolate cream evenly, for me Nutella.
Make another layer of dry biscuits.
Put more milk on each biscuit to soften it.
In a bowl, blend the mascarpone, fresh liquid cream, and powdered sugar to get a creamy filling.
Divide the mixture into 2 approximately equal parts and to one of them, add some coarsely chopped Rocher.
Spread this filling over the biscuits just moistened with milk, leveling it well.
Make a final layer of biscuits, always wetting them with milk.
Cover the easy and quick no-bake dessert with the white filling, spreading it well over the entire surface.
Add the remaining chopped Rocher, cover with cling film, and put in the fridge until ready to serve!
