- 5 slices chicken breast
- 2 red peppers
- 1 yellow pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- 4 potatoes
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
- 1 leek (only the white part)

- 10 cherry tomatoes (or grape tomatoes)

FOR PREPARING THE COUNTRY-STYLE CHICKEN WITH PEPPERS AND POTATOES RECIPE
In a large saucepan, add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and when it sizzles, add the crushed garlic cloves and as soon as they are golden, remove them from the preparation.
Also add the chicken breasts cut into pieces and quickly brown them.
Remove them from the pan and set aside.
In the same saucepan where the chicken was browned, add the peppers and tomatoes.
Also add the pieces of chicken, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle everything with aromatic herbs and spices, mixing well.
Let cook for about 10 minutes, then add the chopped potatoes, adding a few ladles of vegetable broth and continue cooking for about 20 minutes.
Shortly before turning off, also add the green olives, which will further enrich the preparation.
At the end of cooking, taste to check the seasoning and serve the chicken with peppers and potatoes steaming hot on the table!
