Yogurt Mousse, a soft dessert with a pleasant touch of acidity from berries, perfect for a refreshing snack with only 3 ingredients! Creamy, to serve with shortbread cookies or to fill a shortcrust tart…

YOGURT MOUSSE

YOGURT MOUSSE RECIPE INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • as needed berries (to taste for decoration)

FOR THE PREPARATION OF THE YOGURT MOUSSE RECIPE

  • Pour the well-chilled cream into a preferably well-chilled bowl. With electric beaters (also chilled), whip the cream while adding the powdered sugar.

  • Once you have a soft and well-whipped mixture, fold in the yogurt using upward movements to incorporate more air and not lose the mass obtained.

  • It’s time to pour it into individual cups and top with blackberries and raspberries or other fruit to taste.
