Today a creamy mousse by the spoonful in the company of Queen Elizabeth and one of her loyal dogs!!!
Forgive me but today since the recipe is about a creamy and delicious dessert that I decorated in a lively way thinking also of a preparation suitable for children, I took a picture with this delightful Funko Pop representing the wonderful and evergreen Queen Elisabeth, reigning sovereign of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and other Commonwealth Realms.
She was crowned in June 1953 and now at the wonderful age of 93, she is a splendid lady very beloved by her subjects! My Funko Pop represents her magnificently and… who knows if even she would have enjoyed this soft, sweet, and delicate cream??? For the final decoration, besides sugar sprinkles, you can use almond and/or hazelnut granules, fruit or chocolate topping, chopped candied fruit, and much more!

Ingredients CREAMY SPOON MOUSSE RECIPE
- 10.6 oz cream cheese
- 7 oz Mascarpone
- 1 cup Fresh liquid cream (or vegetable type like Hoplà)
- 7 oz Condensed milk
- to taste Mixed colored sprinkles

FOR THE PREPARATION OF THE CREAMY SPOON MOUSSE RECIPE
With electric whisks
beat well the cream cheese with the condensed milk.
Then add the fresh mascarpone with a flexible spatula.Whip the fresh liquid cream and add it to the rest of the preparation mixing from bottom to top.
Cover the creamy spoon mousse with plastic wrap and keep it in the refrigerator to set for a couple of hours.
When serving, place it inside a piping bag with a star nozzle and put it in individual cups.
Decorate each cup with sugar sprinkles, colored candies, or whatever you like most.
