Steps to Make Salami Christmas Hats

• To make the salami Christmas hats, first take a slice of salami, I chose Hungarian salami, then make a cut from the center either with scissors or a knife. Starting from the cut part, begin to roll the slice of salami onto itself, it will form a kind of cone, then try to attach the end part to the salami cone. Make all the salami cones in this way. Then take a crostino, I found them at the supermarket, I chose rosemary ones. Spread each crostino with some spreadable cheese, I chose Philadelphia and spread it with a teaspoon, but if you want to be even more precise, you can use a pastry bag.

• Once you have spread the cheese, you can place the rolled slice of salami on top and recreate the pom-pom tuft with more spreadable cheese, either with a pastry bag or a teaspoon. If desired, you can put cheese tufts on the salami edges to decorate further. Additionally, you can add a pickled onion or a piece of pickled pepper or any other appetizer under the salami slice.
