TODAY PEACH FOOLS spoon dessert delicious!!!!!!!!!
As I have often written on the blog, sometimes I watch the Alice channel on TV and often get inspiration and sometimes joyfully copy recipes made by the excellent chefs who host the various cooking shows from Sergio Maria Teutonico (his recipe on the blog HERE), to Cristina Lunardini (HERE and THERE) and Giovanni Gandino (HERE).
A few days ago while channel surfing, I saw Csaba dalla Zorza, a very famous Milanese writer and food writer, preparing these peach fools (but they will also be delicious with strawberries, raspberries and who knows what else) and I immediately tried them because they are in season, super fast, and very refreshing.

PEACH FOOLS

Ingredients PEACH FOOLS RECIPE
- 4 yellow peaches
- 1 cup fresh liquid cream
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- to taste powdered sugar

Preparation
Wash, peel
and thinly slice the peaches.
In a small pan, put the sugar and peaches, and gradually let them soften in cooking for a few minutes.Prepare the custard as you prefer (you surely have your favorite recipe) and let it cool with plastic wrap in contact.

Compose the fools by creating layers with peaches, custard, and a “healthy” spoonful of whipped cream ^_^.
Then sprinkle with powdered sugar and… enjoy this spoon dessert Peach Fools!
