How to quickly cook green beans?

Ingredients
- 1.1 lbs chicken breast
- 7 oz green beans (already trimmed)
- 0.7 oz fresh ginger
- 2 lemons (zest and juice, hence organic!)
- as needed All-purpose flour
- as needed sage
- as needed salt and pepper
- as needed Extra virgin olive oil

Preparation of Chicken Strips with Ginger and Lemon Recipe
Take the zest of 1 lemon with a zester and squeeze the juice from both citrus fruits.
Dice the fresh ginger previously peeled and place it in a bowl, adding the zest, the lemon juice, sage leaves and a little oil.
Cover with cling film and let marinate the liquid for at least 2 hours.
Cut the green beans into 1 to 1.5 inch pieces and normally boil them in salted water, then drain and set aside.
Slice the chicken breast into strips and quickly coat it in flour, removing the excess with a sieve.
In a non-stick pan, add a dash of oil and brown the chicken strips, stirring well.
Then pour in the marinade liquid previously set aside, cover with a lid, and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add the green beans and mix well the chicken strips with ginger and lemon, seasoning with salt and pepper. Complete the cooking for the necessary time then serve and bon appétit!
