The peppers with primosale (or primo sale) are a simple and tasty dish made with this low-calorie cheese that has a fresh and basic taste!
This particular dairy product is very good and suitable for summer dishes, to be enjoyed pure, cut into cubes in salads, but also warm, sautéed in a pan for a few minutes.
Accompany it with lots of grilled vegetables and you will have a healthy, nutritious, and light main dish!

Ingredients RECIPE PEPPERS WITH PRIMOSALE
- 2 yellow peppers
- 2 red peppers
- 3.5 oz primosale
- 10 cherry tomatoes (or datterini)
- 4 salted anchovies
- 2 sprigs Parsley
- to taste Extra virgin olive oil
- to taste salt and pepper
- 1 lemon (juice only)

FOR THE PREPARATION OF THE RECIPE PEPPERS WITH PRIMOSALE
Wash the peppers cut the caps, remove the filaments and the internal seeds. Rinse them and dry them with kitchen paper.
Then place them on the baking sheet lined with parchment paper, drizzle them with a little extra virgin olive oil and put them under the oven grill for 7/8 minutes at most or until they are sufficiently softened.
Then take the primosale, drain it well, dice it, and put it in a bowl.
Now add the chopped parsley, lemon juice, washed, dried, and cut cherry tomatoes.
Now also add the chopped anchovies and adjust the saltiness of the mixture before composing the dish of peppers with primosale.
Then transfer the cooked pepper slices to the serving dish, fill them with the stuffing, adding a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
Serve now at the table and enjoy your meal!!!

The pepper is a typically summer vegetable, versatile, excellent as a side dish, as a condiment for great first courses, and for tasty appetizers! It has 31 calories if sweet red, 27 if sweet yellow, and 21 if green, always per 100 grams of food.
