EXTREMELY SOFT BUNDT CAKE WITH VOV

The extremely soft bundt cake with Vov but also with white chocolate is a truly exquisite dessert that I took from this beautiful blog that also contains many regional recipes.

I deliberately omitted the final glaze and simply sprinkled the cake with white chocolate. The fragrance it emits is very pleasant and it’s super soft because I whipped the eggs with sugar for a fantastic result!

Ingredients for EXTREMELY SOFT BUNDT CAKE WITH VOV

  • 5 medium eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 7/8 cup vegetable oil (I used corn oil)
  • 2/3 cup Vov
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3.5 oz white chocolate (+ just a bit for the final decoration)
  • 1 packet baking powder

Preparation of Recipe for Extremely Soft Bundt Cake with Vov

  • Whip for a long time the whole eggs with granulated sugar to obtain a fluid but creamy, light, and very frothy mixture.

    Gradually add the Vov liquor while continuing to use the electric whisk or the stand mixer.

  • Now pour in the vegetable oil, again using the chosen appliance to prepare the extremely soft bundt cake with Vov.

  • Sift the flour with the instant baking powder and sprinkle it over the whipped mixture. 

    Now just add the finely chopped white chocolate incorporating it evenly into the mixture.

    Pour the prepared batter for the bundt cake into the bundt cake pan with a diameter of 8.6/9.4 inches.

  •  Now bake the extremely soft cake with Vov liquor and white chocolate in a preheated oven at 356°F for the first 10 minutes, then lower the thermostat to 338°F for another 30 minutes or according to your appliance’s characteristics.

  • Once cooked, let it cool slightly, then remove from the pan and unmold this very tasty cake.

    Before serving, sprinkle the surface with white chocolate and serve at the table.
