Ingredients RECIPE PEACH CUP WITH RICOTTA AND YOGURT CREAM

  • 2 Peaches
  • 5.3 oz Sheep ricotta
  • 5.3 oz Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 lemon
  • to taste Ground cinnamon

FOR THE PREPARATION OF THE PEACH RICOTTA AND YOGURT CUP RECIPE

  • Wash, remove the pit and dice the peach pulp. Put it in a saucepan with the lemon juice and brown sugar.

  • Cook the fruit over moderate heat for about 10 minutes, letting it soften gently.

    Then let this peach compote cool.

  • For the soft cream, whip the sheep ricotta with the Greek yogurt to obtain a delicate and fluffy cream.

    Assemble the cups or leave both the fruit and the cream in the refrigerator until tasting.

  • Make layers alternating the cream and fruit cubes, finishing off the cup with peaches.

  • Personally, the level of sweetness seems perfect, but if you prefer a sweeter dessert, drizzle a teaspoon of wildflower or acacia honey over the fruit before serving it.
