Mediterranean Hake

Ingredients for Mediterranean Hake

  • 10.5 oz hake fillets (frozen)
  • 1.5 cups yellow cherry tomatoes
  • 0.5 cup Taggiasca olives
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp water (or white wine)
  • 1 pinch fine salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

Preparation of Mediterranean Hake

  • Arrange the frozen hake fillets in the non-stick pan, pour in the oil and water.

  • Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them into 4 parts, add them to the pan, also add the well-drained Taggiasca olives.

  • Adjust the salt and pepper, mix well and place on the stove over medium-low heat with a lid.

  • Cook covered for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally and turning the hake fillets halfway through cooking, once cooked serve the Mediterranean hake garnished with parsley if you like, excellent both hot and cold!
