Firmly convinced that this super light coffee foam and water is a non-recipe at best because it is basically water blended at high speed in the mixer, I wanted to make and taste this coffee-scented ops foam and sweetened.
This “thing” is very light because it contains nothing and eventually will disappear leaving coffee-colored water at the bottom of the cup.
We are all careful about calories, eating healthy, concerned about ingesting fats that cause significant health issues, but I am strongly convinced that it is better to eat one less spoonful of real soft, delicate, delicious and creamy mousse than whipped water, but being a bit of a stickler, I wanted to try it today in my kitchen!!
SUPER LIGHT COFFEE AND WATER FOAM

Ingredients
INGREDIENTS FOR THE SUPER LIGHT COFFEE AND WATER FOAM RECIPE
- 1 tbsp Instant Coffee (about one tablespoon)
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 1 1/4 cup Cold Water

- Mixer
Preparation of the SUPER LIGHT COFFEE AND WATER FOAM RECIPE
Put the water, instant coffee, and sugar in the mixer.
Mix for a second with a spoon and turn on the appliance until the whipped coffee foam appears (5/6 minutes)
Pour into glasses or cups and serve immediately, perhaps sprinkling with ground coffee powder the super light coffee and water foam!
