Savory Ham Cake

Ingredients HAM CAKE RECIPE

  • 3 Eggs
  • 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese (Grated)
  • 3.5 oz crescenza cheese
  • 2 1/4 cups Flour
  • 1/4 cup 1/2 glass vegetable oil
  • 3.5 oz cooked ham
  • 1 packet Instant yeast for savory preparations (Io Pizzaiolo)
  • as needed Milk (Optional)
  • as needed Salt and pepper
  • as needed Butter and breadcrumbs (For the mold)

  • Stand Mixer

Preparation SAVORY CAKE RECIPE WITH COOKED HAM

  • Beat the eggs with an electric whisk then add the grated Parmesan.

    Savory Cake with Ham
  • Add the vegetable oil and gradually the sifted flour with the yeast.

    Now add the chopped cooked ham and the crescenza cheese cut into small pieces.

  • Mix the batter to make it fluid (if needed, add a little milk) and pour it into a mold greased and sprinkled with breadcrumbs.

  • Bake in a preheated oven at 340 °F for about 45 minutes or according to your oven’s characteristics. Once baked, turn off the heat and then remove and unmold the ham cake.
