A fondant cake with blended orange or orange bread a very special dessert with a pronounced citrus flavor and served with a light syrup of sugar and orange juice.
I used an organic fruit since the medium-sized fruit is blended in the mixer trying to obtain infinitesimal pieces of orange that are then mixed again in the mixer with the classic ingredients for delicious cakes. FONDANT CAKE WITH BLENDED ORANGE

Ingredients RECIPE FONDANT CAKE WITH BLENDED ORANGE
- 1 medium orange (organic)
- 1 1/2 cups Flour
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 1 packet baking powder
- 5 oz Butter (soft)
- 1 small orange (organic)
- 4 tablespoons Sugar
- to taste pistachios (chopped)

Preparation
Wash the organic orange and cut it into large pieces. Put everything in the mixer and blend for a long time because the fruit should become like a puree with very small pieces of peel.
Add now while still blending in the mixer the sugar, the eggs, the softened butter in chunks, and the flour sifted with the baking powder.
Pour this mixture into the previously greased and floured pan. Place the fondant cake with blended orange in a static oven at 340°F for about 45/50 minutes: the toothpick test will be the guide as always!
If it darkens too much, cover it with a sheet of kitchen aluminum foil.
While the fondant cake with blended orange bakes, prepare the syrup by putting the juice of the small organic orange with the sugar in a small pot.
Let the orange syrup thicken for 4/5 minutes.
When the cake is baked, take it out of the oven and pour the syrup over it, then let the preparation cool.
Before serving, decorate it with a sprinkle of pistachios unsalted and … Enjoy the fondant cake with orange!
