A fondant cake with blended orange or orange bread a very special dessert with a pronounced citrus flavor and served with a light sugar syrup and orange juice.
I used an organic fruit since medium-sized fruit needs to be blended in a mixer to obtain infinitesimal pieces of orange that are then mixed in the mixer with the classic ingredients for exquisite cakes. FONDANT CAKE WITH BLENDED ORANGE

Ingredients RECIPE FONDANT CAKE WITH BLENDED ORANGE
- 1 medium orange (organic)
- 1 1/2 cups Flour
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 1 packet baking powder
- 2/3 cup Butter (soft)
- 1 small orange (organic)
- 4 tablespoons Sugar
- to taste pistachios (chopped)

Preparation RECIPE FONDANT CAKE WITH BLENDED ORANGE
Wash the organic orange and cut it into large pieces. Put everything in the mixer and blend for a long time because the fruit needs to become like a puree with very small pieces of peel.
Now add while still blending in the mixer the sugar, eggs, soft butter in pieces, and the flour sifted with the baking powder.
Now pour this mixture into the previously buttered and floured pan. Place the fondant cake with blended orange in a static oven at 338°F for about 45/50 minutes: use the toothpick test as always!
If it darkens too much, cover it with a sheet of aluminum foil.
While the fondant cake with blended orange is baking, prepare the syrup by putting the juice of the small organic orange with the sugar in a saucepan.
Let the orange syrup thicken for 4/5 minutes.
Once the cake is cooked, take it out of the oven and pour the syrup over it, then let the preparation cool.
