QUICK AND TASTY MIXED APPETIZERS 7 EASY AND TASTY IDEAS

Ingredients QUICK AND TASTY MIXED APPETIZERS RECIPES
- 1 slice sliced bread (crustless)
- 2.8 oz smoked salmon
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 slice sliced bread (crustless)
- 2.8 oz tuna in oil
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp capers
- 2 anchovies in oil
- as needed walnut halves
- 1 tbsp Mascarpone
- 1 tbsp Gorgonzola
- 2 tbsp ricotta
- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
- as needed ready puff pastry
- as needed cream cheese
- as needed black olives
- as needed chicken sausage
- as needed ready puff pastry
- 1 pink grapefruit
- 10 fontina dice

Preparation QUICK AND TASTY MIXED APPETIZERS RECIPES
1.FOR THE SALMON ROLLS, spread the sliced bread with cream cheese, add the salmon slices, and tightly roll the bread into a spiral. Wrap in cling film and refrigerate until ready to be cut into slices.
2.FOR THE TUNA ROLLS, blend all ingredients except the bread in a mixer. After seasoning with salt and pepper, spread this savory mousse onto the bread, roll it up like the salmon rolls, and let the bread roll rest.
3.FOR THE STUFFED WALNUTS, simply mix mascarpone with gorgonzola and place a small ball between two walnut halves. It’s that simple!
4.FOR THE RICOTTA BALLS, mix ricotta and grated Parmesan cheese, then form small balls between the palms of your hands… maybe use a suitable food glove!
5.FOR THE PUFF PASTRY CROISSANTS, using the cones for Sicilian cannoli, make small croissants after cutting strips of about two inches and wrapping them, overlapping slightly as you go, around the steel cone. Brush with a little water or beaten egg yolk if desired, and bake at 375°F until golden.
6.FOR THE SAUSAGES AND PUFF PASTRY, make strips with the puff pastry of about two inches, wrap them around the smaller sausages, and bake again at 375°F for a few minutes.
7.FOR THE PINK GRAPEFRUIT, cut the cheese into cubes and skewer them onto the grapefruit cut in half.
