MINT AND CHOCOLATE BUNDT CAKE

Ingredients MINT AND CHOCOLATE BUNDT CAKE RECIPE
- 1 jar plain yogurt
- 3 jars Flour
- 1 jar sugar
- 1 jar vegetable oil (for me corn)
- 1 jar mint syrup
- 3 Eggs
- 1 packet baking powder
- 3.5 oz Fresh liquid cream
- 5 oz Dark chocolate
- to taste fresh mint

Preparation MINT AND CHOCOLATE BUNDT CAKE RECIPE
Using electric whisks, beat the eggs with the sugar to obtain a light and fluffy mixture.
Add the vegetable oil and the yogurt while continuing to beat with the whisks.Add the mint syrup then the flour sifted with the baking powder.
Butter and flour the mold (for me, a bundt pan wide about 7 inches and tall about 4 inches).
Pour the batter and level it well.
Bake in preheated oven at 350°F for about 45 minutes or according to the characteristics of your oven.Once cooked, let it cool completely.
Prepare the ganache by heating the liquid fresh cream and once it reaches a boil, turn off the heat and add the coarsely broken dark chocolate.Stir vigorously, and the glaze is ready to be poured over the mint and chocolate bundt cake.
