Spicy and Super Quick Whole Wheat Penne

This is the classic fridge-cleaning recipe because to cook the spicy and super quick whole wheat penne, I simply blended what I found in the fridge in the mixer, which is a braided mozzarella, some stuffed spicy olives, and then added a sprinkle of dried oregano. It was enough to boil the pasta, some excellent penne from Barilla and quickly toss them in the pan with this tasty and really delicious mix: a bit of parmesan if you like and off to the table!!!

  • 20 stuffed green olives (spicy)
  • 11.25 oz whole wheat penne (I use Barilla)
  • 2 pinches dried oregano
  • to taste extra virgin olive oil
  • to taste fine salt
  • to taste grated parmesan

Preparation of Spicy and Super Quick Whole Wheat Penne Recipe

  • For this simple and very appetizing dish first …

    Put the saucepan with water and salt on the flame for cooking the pasta. In the mixer, blend the mozzarella with the stuffed and spicy green olives.

  • Now add the oregano and a little extra virgin olive oil. Boil the whole wheat penne as per the time indicated on the package.

  • Pour the flavorful mix of the freshly prepared condiment into a bowl. Drain the whole wheat penne al dente and with some moisture, then pour them over the condiment.

  • Quickly mix everything, then add the parmesan, blending it all together.

    Generously plate the dish and serve the spicy and super quick whole wheat penne at the table! Enjoy your meal!
