In this blog, I found this cocoa and puffed rice bundt cake that I cooked and brought to a dinner at a friend’s house and everyone loved it. The only comment, if I may say, is that almost all my former university friends advised me to add even more Nutella(my recipe for hazelnut and chocolate cream) before baking the cocoa and puffed rice bundt cake and I pass on the suggestion eh eh! The puffed rice takes me back to childhood, to ciocorì, that delicious and crispy bar invented by Motta in 1957 and which was the first to combine these two ingredients, chocolate and puffed rice, for a tasty snack that I still find delicious today! Ingredients RECIPE Cocoa and Puffed Rice Bundt Cake
- 10.5 oz Flour
- 10.5 oz Sugar
- 2.6 oz unsweetened cocoa
- 6 tbsps puffed rice
- 5 tbsps Nutella
- 3 Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 packet Baking powder
- as needed Butter (for the mold)
- as needed Flour (for the mold)

Preparation RECIPE Cocoa and Puffed Rice Bundt Cake
Beat the eggs with the sugar until you have a light and frothy mass.
Sift the flour with the unsweetened cocoa and the baking powder.
Now add the dry ingredients to the frothy mixture, gradually adding the milk as well.
Mix the batter well, adding two tablespoons of puffed rice.
Pour the obtained batter into a 9-inch bundt pan, leveling it well.
Sprinkle the remaining puffed rice and Nutella here and there over the bundt cake.
Bake in a preheated oven at 340°F for about 40 minutes or according to your oven’s characteristics.
