Today I give you ideas rather than recipes to prepare really quick fish appetizers you can make in just a few minutes that your guests will surely enjoy.

Ingredients RECIPE QUICK FISH APPETIZERS

  • 10 slices of baguette
  • 4 anchovies
  • to taste arugula
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 3 tbsps cannellini beans (blended with a little water)
  • 2 tsps lumpfish roe
  • 2 tbsps mayonnaise
  • 4 fillets mackerel in oil
  • 2 tbsps pickled shrimp
  • 5 mussels (cooked and shelled)
  • to taste extra virgin olive oil
  • to taste fine salt
  • to taste pepper
  • to taste black olives (chopped)

FOR THE PREPARATION OF QUICK FINGER FOOD FISH RECIPE

  • THE APPETIZERS ARE CROSTINI WITH: ARUGULA AND MARINATED ANCHOVIES: spread a little mayonnaise then add chopped arugula and two marinated anchovy fillets.

  • CHERRY TOMATOES AND MUSSELS: diced cherry tomatoes, a couple of cooked and shelled mussels, a drizzle of oil, a pinch of dry oregano.

  • CANNELLINI BEAN PUREE AND LUMPFISH ROE: blend the cannellini beans with a little water and spread them on the crostini, add a little lumpfish roe and decorate with a parsley leaf.

  • CHERRY TOMATOES, SHRIMP, AND BALSAMIC: diced cherry tomatoes, some pickled shrimp, and a drop of balsamic vinegar.

  • MACKEREL AND BLACK OLIVES: spread a little mayonnaise, add some pieces of mackerel, and a chopped black olive.

  • ADJUST SALT AND PEPPER TO YOUR LIKING…. ENJOY your gourmet fish appetizers!
