Ingredients for QUICK FISH APPETIZERS RECIPE
- 10 slices of baguette
- 4 anchovies
- to taste arugula
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons cannellini beans (blended with a little water)
- 2 teaspoons lumpfish roe
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 4 fillets canned mackerel
- 2 tablespoons pickled shrimp
- 5 mussels (cooked and shelled)
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
- to taste fine salt
- to taste pepper
- to taste black olives (chopped)

FOR THE PREPARATION OF QUICK FISH FINGER FOODS RECIPE
•THE APPETIZERS ARE CROSTINI WITH: ARUGULA AND MARINATED ANCHOVIES: spread a little mayonnaise then add a chop of arugula and two marinated anchovy fillets.
CHERRY TOMATOES AND MUSSELS: diced cherry tomatoes a couple of cooked and shelled mussels, a drizzle of oil, a pinch of dried oregano.
CANNELLINI BEAN PUREE AND LUMPFISH ROE: blend the cannellini beans with a little water and spread on the crostini, add some lumpfish roe and decorate with a parsley leaf.
CHERRY TOMATOES, SHRIMP, AND BALSAMIC: diced cherry tomatoes, some pickled shrimp and a drop of balsamic vinegar.
MACKEREL AND BLACK OLIVES: spread a little mayonnaise, add some pieces of mackerel, and a chop of black olives.
ADJUST SALT AND PEPPER TO YOUR TASTE…. ENJOY your gourmet fish appetizers!
