The tasty and quick skewers I made today are a fast and very delicious appetizer with grilled peppers, melted scamorza cheese, and anchovies!
I was in a hurry, so I used ready-made peppers, but if you want, you can roast the peppers yourself, either on a grill or in the oven. Once they are charred and soft, put them in a plastic bag to rest for 10/15 minutes: this will make peeling them very easy.
I love appetizers, especially quick and very appetizing ones like these tasty and quick skewers!!

- 1 mini baguette
- 6 scamorza cheese balls (smoked for me)
- 6 anchovy fillets in oil
- 6 wedges grilled pepper
- to taste extra virgin olive oil

Preparation for TASTY AND QUICK SKEWERS
Cut the baguette into diagonal slices. Insert the skewer into the slice of bread.
Then in a wedge of grilled pepper, an anchovy in oil, and the smoked scamorza/strong> ball.
Now close the skewer with the pepper wedge, the anchovy, and a new slice of baguette as if they were boats.
Continue this way until all ingredients are used up, and grill the tasty and quick skewers just enough to toast the bread and almost melt the cheese.
A tiny drop of extra virgin olive oil and off to the table with the tasty and quick skewers! Enjoy this very easy recipe!
