Cooked Ham Mousse

A super quick recipe and very tasty for the cooked ham mousse that I made today in my kitchen.

An excellent preparation for a quick appetizer that can be made in advance and served with croutons and even with KIWI that pair perfectly with this salty foam of cooked ham.

If you’d like an extra aroma and there are no children tasting it, add a teaspoon of brandy to complete the taste and enhance the flavor even more. Want to follow me to prepare together the recipe of the cooked ham mousse??

Tips and notes

This super quick recipe is ideal for making a simple and tasty appetizer but this category includes a wide variety of possible preparations starting with the first division between hot appetizers and cold appetizers. The Italian appetizer corresponds to the French hors d’œuvre and the English starter. It’s a dish that can be prepared with fish, meat, vegetables, cheese, or cured meats and can be simple snacks or finger foods or more complex preparations.
