Ingredients for QUICK PASTA with Tuna and Cherry Tomatoes
- 10.5 oz casarecce
- 12.3 oz Tuna in oil
- 17.6 oz cherry tomatoes
- bunches basil
- as needed extra virgin olive oil
- as needed fine salt
- as needed black pepper

FOR PREPARING QUICK PASTA with Tuna and Cherry Tomatoes
Preparation of Quick Pasta with Tuna and Cherry Tomatoes
Remove the stems from the cherry tomatoes and wash them thoroughly.
Cut them in half removing the internal seeds.
Place a PAN on the stove with 2/3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.
Add the cherry tomatoes cut in half and let them wither for 5/6 minutes.
Season with salt and freshly ground BLACK PEPPER.
Boil the pasta (for me casarecce) for the time indicated on the package but keeping it al dente.
Sauté it in the pan with the cherry tomatoes and now add the tuna fillets in oil.
Add plenty of basil and after a final stir, plate the dishes. A drizzle of oil if needed and serve immediately the quick pasta with tuna and cherry tomatoes!
