Ingredients for TASTY AND EASY SAVORY STRUDEL
- 1 ready puff pastry
- 1.1 lbs Potatoes
- 2.5 oz Edam
- 1 mozzarella
- 1.8 oz bacon
- to taste chives
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- 1 egg
Recipe Preparation for Savory Strudel
Peel and dice the potatoes.
Boil in water for about 3/4 minutes.
Drain the potatoes and let them cool slightly.
Cut the mozzarella into regular pieces and the Edam cheese into strips.
Unroll the ready puff pastry while keeping the parchment paper from the package.
Spread the potato cubes mixed with the 2 cheeses onto the pastry.
Now add the chopped chives and season with salt and pepper.
Close the potato strudel and brush it with beaten egg, sprinkling with sesame and poppy seeds.
Bake the tasty and easy savory strudel in a preheated oven at 392°F for about 30/35 minutes or depending on your appliance’s characteristics.
