- 6 tbsps butter (Or 1/4 cup sunflower oil)
- Half packet baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch fine salt

To make these delicious dark chocolate muffins, you need to prepare the batter. In a saucepan, melt the butter, chocolate, and milk, and when everything is melted, turn off the heat and let it cool. Meanwhile, in a bowl, whisk the eggs, vanilla extract, and sugar for a few minutes with a hand whisk, then add the chocolate mixture and mix thoroughly. Finally, add the flour, salt, and sifted cocoa powder and mix vigorously. Only at the end add the baking powder. Once you have a homogeneous mixture, pour the mixture into muffin cups or a muffin pan, filling them only 3/4 full. Bake in a preheated static oven at 350°F for about 15-20 minutes or do the toothpick test. Then take them out and let them cool at room temperature.
