Pour the almond flour obtained into the bowl with the granulated sugar, all dry and liquid aromas, the egg whites, and knead for a few minutes with a spatula or your hands to obtain a homogeneous and sticky dough. Once the dough is ready, form many balls of 20-30 g each and place a candied cherry in the center of each ball. Close them well and arrange them on a tray lined with baking paper. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 340°F. Do not bake them further as they might become hard. Turn off the oven and let them cool completely.

  • Melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie, pour in a teaspoon of rum or any other liquor, and dip the bon bons, coating them completely. Then place them on a tray lined with baking paper and let them dry. Once completely dry, decorate the surface with more melted dark chocolate.
