- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (Or semolina flour)
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 7 oz Greek yogurt (Or 3/4 cup of milk or water)
- fine salt
- Half packet instant yeast for savory preparations

Steps for Skillet Flatbreads
To make these delicious skillet flatbreads, first take the Greek yogurt out of the fridge and let it sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl to obtain a smooth and homogeneous dough. You can use a food processor or mix everything by hand. Once the dough is ready, let it rest for 10 minutes. Then roll it out with a rolling pin to a thickness of 3/8 inch, and cut out discs using a cookie cutter or glass.
Lightly oil a pan and remove the excess with paper towels, heat the pan well and place the flatbreads in it, cooking them on both sides with a lid. It will take 8-10 minutes per side on medium-low heat.
