- 0.5 cups sugar
- 2 large eggs
- Half packet baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda (leveled)

- 1 Spoon

Steps
This preparation takes just a few minutes. Start by preparing all the ingredients in front of you, so you don’t forget anything during the preparation, and preheat the oven to 356°F (static).
In the clean and dry bowl, put the chocolate chunks and chop them for about 10 seconds, starting at speed 4 and increasing to 8. Open the lid, check, and if necessary, chop for a few more seconds.
Remove the chocolate from the bowl and add, without washing it of course, the flour, sugar, softened butter in pieces, shelled eggs, a pinch of salt, and milk. Close the lid and set the Thermomix to speed 5 for 10 seconds.
Now add the chopped chocolate to the mixture and process for another 10 seconds, still at speed 5.
Open the lid again, gather the mixture that has stuck to the sides of the bowl with a spatula, add the baking powder and baking soda, and mix everything for 10 seconds at speed 5.
Place the liners in the muffin tray and distribute the batter with a spoon, using another spoon to help release it. Then bake for 20 minutes.
Once baked, remove them from the oven, let them rest for 5 minutes, and then take them out of the tray. Don’t leave them inside to cool as it could cause moisture to condense and wet the liners.
Let them cool and generously dust with powdered sugar.
My recommendation
These chocolate treats keep well for a few days in a dessert container. If you’re not a sweet tooth and think you won’t eat them quickly, you can wrap them individually in aluminum foil and freeze them. They’ll be handy for when you have that irresistible craving for…
FAQ (Questions and Answers)
Can I make these chocolate muffins without the Thermomix?
Of course! You’ll just need a food processor to chop the chocolate and you’re all set. Mix all the dry ingredients in a large enough bowl. In another bowl, lightly beat the shelled eggs, with a whisk or a fork, along with the milk and just barely melted butter, but not hot. Add the liquid ingredients to the dry mix and stir just until you have a homogeneous batter.
