Steps for Puff Pastry Tuna Snacks

  • To make these delicious puff pastry tuna snacks, unroll the rectangular puff pastry and cut it into three vertical strips with a knife. In a bowl, add the tuna, spices, and cream cheese, and mix until you get a homogeneous mixture. Fill one side of each pastry strip with the tuna cream and brush the opposite side with the previously beaten egg. Starting from the filled side, fold each pastry to form a small filled roll. Place the rolls in the freezer for 30 minutes to set. Take the rolls back and cut into 1-inch pieces.

  • Arrange the snacks on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, brush the surface with the remaining egg, and bake in a preheated static oven at 356°F for about 20-30 minutes or until golden brown.

  • Place the puff pastry snacks on a cutting board and serve. I hope you like this latest recipe of mine, see you next time friends.
