Ingredients
- 3/4 cup vegetable broth
- 2 oz dried soy (in three pieces)
- 1/2 cup tomato pulp
- 3/4 oz capers
- 1 clove garlic
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
- oregano
- basil
What you need to cook soy alla pizzaiola in jar cooking
- 1 Microwave oven
- 1 Jar 500 ml with thin gasket
How to prepare soy alla pizzaiola in jar cooking
Clean and chop one clove of garlic and put it in a 500 ml jar with a thin gasket.
Add a generous drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
Sauté the garlic in the oil for 1 minute at 600 W.
Add the tomato pulp to the jar.
Add the chopped basil, desalted capers, and oregano.
Also adjust the salt to taste.
Mix the seasoning.
Place the soy steaks that you have previously rehydrated in hot vegetable broth into the jar.
Cover them with more tomato sauce and a little more oil.
Turn the soy steaks in the seasoning to flavor them.
Clean the edges of the jar, close with the lid and gasket, and seal with the 4 clips.
Cook in the microwave at your tested power for 6 minutes.
Once cooked, let the soy alla pizzaiola in jar cooking rest for at least 20 minutes.
