Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup vegetable broth
  • 2 oz dried soy (in three pieces)
  • 1/2 cup tomato pulp
  • 3/4 oz capers
  • 1 clove garlic
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt
  • oregano
  • basil

What you need to cook soy alla pizzaiola in jar cooking

  • 1 Microwave oven
  • 1 Jar 500 ml with thin gasket

How to prepare soy alla pizzaiola in jar cooking

  • Clean and chop one clove of garlic and put it in a 500 ml jar with a thin gasket.

    Add a generous drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.

    Sauté the garlic in the oil for 1 minute at 600 W.

    Add the tomato pulp to the jar.

  • Add the chopped basil, desalted capers, and oregano.

    Also adjust the salt to taste.

  • Mix the seasoning.

    Place the soy steaks that you have previously rehydrated in hot vegetable broth into the jar.

    Cover them with more tomato sauce and a little more oil.

  • Turn the soy steaks in the seasoning to flavor them.

    Clean the edges of the jar, close with the lid and gasket, and seal with the 4 clips.

    Cook in the microwave at your tested power for 6 minutes.

    Once cooked, let the soy alla pizzaiola in jar cooking rest for at least 20 minutes.
