Ingredients
Welcome to my blog! Today I want to present my recipe for making a delicious chocolate pudding.
Chocolate pudding is a classic dessert loved by everyone, young and old. It’s simple to prepare and requires few ingredients, but the final result is always fantastic.
- 3 cups milk
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 1/2 tbsps unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3.5 oz dark chocolate
- 3 packets agar agar
Tools
To make this recipe, I used some products I purchased on Amazon that helped me in making these fantastic desserts:
- 1 Mold silicone
Steps
In a pot, add the milk, sugar, sifted cocoa, and chocolate pieces.
Stir constantly to avoid lumps!
When the mixture begins to heat up and is homogeneous, add the agar agar, continue stirring, and bring to a boil for about three minutes.
Transfer the mixture into the desired mold (if you don’t have a suitable mold, you can use a milk carton), let it cool down, then cover and refrigerate for about 4 hours.
Storage
The chocolate pudding is ready! You can garnish it with meringues, whipped cream, grated chocolate, or fresh fruit as you like.
I hope you enjoyed my recipe and try it at home. Chocolate pudding is a perfect dessert to end a dinner with friends or to indulge in solitude in the afternoon.
Useful Tips and Variations
• Alternative mold: if you don’t have a heart mold, you can use individual glasses or cups.
• Vegan version: use plant-based milk (soy, oat, almond).
• For an extra touch: add a crumbled cookie and butter base at the bottom of the mold for a cheesecake effect.
