- 14 oz breadcrumbs
- 3 cloves red garlic
- 3 tbsps Grana Padano cheese
- 2 eggs (XL size)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 bunch parsley (fresh)
- 1/2 tsp fine salt (to distribute a bit in the eggs and a bit in the breadcrumbs)

Steps to Prepare Always Ready Breaded Chicken Breast
Start by preparing everything you need as I indicate, so you will work less and faster! On the work surface, prepare 1 sheet of parchment paper, then place the bowl, and finally another sheet of parchment paper, and move on to prepare the concrete part of the recipe!
In the chopper, place the breadcrumbs, half of the salt, cleaned parsley, the 3 cloves of garlic, the grated cheese, and the pepper; chop everything until you obtain a homogeneous mixture, pour it on the parchment paper on your left.
In the bowl, place the eggs, milk, and remaining salt, beat well with a fork.
On the parchment paper on your right, pour the abundant flour.
Now put on the gloves and start preparing each slice first in the flour, then in the egg, and finally in the breadcrumbs with the flavors, making sure to adhere the breading everywhere by pressing the slices well.
As you bread the slices, place them in an airtight container, proceed this way until all the ingredients are finished, close the airtight container, and put it in the fridge.
