Apple Tart in Air Fryer. Easy Recipe, Gluten-Free, Egg-Free, and Lactose-Free

Apple Tart in Air Fryer

This gluten-free, egg-free, and lactose-free apple tart in the air fryer is delicious and easy to prepare, you won’t believe it but you’ll only need 2 ingredients, create an apple crust and then fill it as you like.

If you have a sudden craving for a sweet and light snack, make this apple tart in the air fryer, in a few minutes you’ll have a healthy and light comfort food.

Basically: blend the apple, mix it with almond flour (let it rest for 30 minutes in the fridge) and the apple crust is ready to be filled and cooked in the air fryer.

A warm slice, a steaming tea, and the scent of apples that fills the house….what else?

The advantages of cooking in an air fryer are numerous: no need to preheat the oven, cooking is faster, cheaper, and healthier (requires very little fat), fewer pots and pans to clean, no smoke or odors.
Keep in mind that temperature and cooking times are generally indicative, as much depends on your type of air fryer, however, the recipes on my blog are all previously and thoroughly tested by me (so more than proven). Anyway, I still recommend that you check the cooking every now and then, to best adapt the time and temperature to your air fryer.

Shopping Tips !!!

Personally, I am very satisfied with the Cosori Air Fryer, with a large 5.7-liter basket, featuring optimal hot air circulation that makes foods: crispy outside and soft inside.

A healthier way to cook, as it separates and captures excess fat (healthy and tasty dishes with up to 97% less fat). It halves cooking times compared to the traditional oven, with significant economic and time savings. Finally, the individual components are all easily removable and dishwasher safe. Highly recommended!

To prepare this tart, I used the handy perforated parchment paper for air fryers, non-stick, easy to clean, can also be used in a traditional oven.

I often use these very useful air fryer disposable parchment papers, without holes that keep the air fryer clean, but the hot air still circulates because they are very thin. They are also oil and water-resistant, non-stick, do not burn, and can also be used in a normal oven.

Square baking pan for air fryer, 18/22 cm in diameter, also ideal for cakes.

Finally, if you want to keep your air fryer clean and at the same time protect it from scratches and abrasions (e.g., from tongs), these reusable non-stick grill mats, heat-resistant.

You can purchase all the items I recommend above, on Amazon, at a great price, just click directly on the respective links.

FAQ (Questions and Answers)

  • Which parchment paper for the air fryer should I choose?

If you’re using the air fryer for foods that drip (like batter), it’s best to use non-perforated parchment paper pans (the paper is very light and air and heat circulate just the same).
If the foods to be cooked in the air fryer are dry and do not drip, it is preferable to use perforated parchment paper.

  • What to use to keep the air fryer clean without scratching it?
