Ingredients for the Super Easy Chocolate Cake

  • 12.35 oz cocoa cookies (I use Pan di Stelle)
  • 1 1/2 cups milk (can be plant-based)
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 glass Nutella® (optional)

Tools

  • Food Processor
  • Bowl
  • Hand Blender Braun, 1000 W power
  • Parchment Paper
  • Cake Pan

Preparation of the Super Easy Chocolate Cake

  • Grind the cookies in a blender until you get a fine powder.

  • Add milk and baking powder to the cookies and mix by hand (or with an electric whisk).

  • Blend the mixture with a hand blender to obtain a smooth cream.

  • Pour the mixture into a 8-inch diameter detachable bottom cake pan, lined with parchment paper, wet and squeezed.

  • Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F, for about 35 minutes in a static oven.

  • If you want a more indulgent version, cover it with Nutella.
