Ingredients for Nutellotti super easy cookies
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour (better with weak W)
- 3/4 cup Nutella®
- 1 egg (whole)
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract (optional)
- 3/4 cup Nutella®
- as needed powdered sugar (for garnish)

- Scale digital, with removable bowl and alarm timer
- Bowls Guzzini set of various sizes
- Mixer electric Philips, with 450 W power
- Spatulas for pastries
- Piping bag
- Baking tray non-stick perforated
- Mat perforated silicone
Steps to prepare Nutellotti super easy cookies:
Put the flour, Nutella, and the egg into a bowl. Start working the dough with the spatula. Then continue with your hands until you get a soft and smooth dough, that doesn’t stick to your hands.
Wrap the dough in cling film and put it in the fridge to firm up for 30 minutes.
Now form small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or, even better, on a silplat perforated mat (non-stick silicone), ideal for baking cookies (as shown in the photo) or on a perforated baking tray.
Create a cavity in the center of each cookie, then bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 350°F for 8-10 minutes (no longer, otherwise they will harden).
Remove the cookies from the oven, let them cool, and dust with powdered sugar.
Finally, put Nutella in the piping bag and fill each cavity creating little tufts. You can also use a simple teaspoon instead of the piping bag.
