Lasagna with Cooked Ham and Brie

Lasagna with cooked ham and brie is a really delicious, easy, and quick first course. A variation of the traditional lasagna with meat sauce and béchamel, which are still very good, or alternatively, there are also the lasagna with sausage and béchamel that you absolutely must try both! The lasagna with cooked ham and brie can be served for Sundays with family or festive lunches and dinners.

They can be prepared the night before and baked 20 minutes before sitting down at the table. Brie is a French cheese with a soft consistency, giving the dish a creamy texture and a rich, enveloping flavor. For the recipe, you can use thin lasagna sheets so they won’t need pre-cooking. For a touch of freshness, you can also add grated grilled zucchini or sautéed mushrooms. For an exceptional result, make the béchamel at home. Now I’ll leave you with my complete recipe with step-by-step photos and a video recipe.
