Ingredients
- 9 oz egg lasagna sheets
- 7 oz cooked ham
- 7 oz brie
- 3.5 oz all-purpose flour
- 3.5 oz butter
- 2 cups milk
- 1 pinch salt
How to Make Lasagna with Cooked Ham and Brie
Melt the butter in a small pot over low heat, then turn off the heat and sift in the flour, stirring with a whisk to avoid lumps.
To obtain the Roux: afterwards, place back on the heat and stir until it turns golden and lump-free.
Pour in the warm milk and season with a pinch of salt, then stir until it thickens, which will take about 10 minutes.
At the end of the cooking time, you will see that your béchamel has a smooth and creamy consistency, at which point it will be ready!
Place a bit of béchamel on the bottom, then a layer of pasta, cubes of cooked ham, and brie cheese.
Form several layers, leaving the last one with a good sprinkle of grated Parmesan to create a crust. Then bake your lasagna in a preheated oven at 375°F for about 20 minutes or until golden.
