Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1.75 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.42 cups milk
  • 0.25 cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 packet instant yeast for savory preparations
  • to taste salami
  • to taste mayonnaise
  • to taste fresh cheeses
  • 6 green olives

How to Make Stuffed Savory Pandorini

  • In a large bowl, beat the egg with the milk and a pinch of salt using a whisk, then add the oil, and combine the sifted flour and yeast.

  • Add the grated Parmesan cheese, mix well and blend the mixture thoroughly.

  • Pour the mixture into pandoro molds. Bake in an air fryer or oven at 356°F for about 15-20 minutes or until golden.

  • Remove them from the oven and let them cool, then cut in half and fill with cream cheese and salami.

  • Reassemble all the layers and secure with a toothpick in the center with an olive on top as decoration.

  • Serve all the pandorini on a serving platter and enjoy!

Storage of Stuffed Savory Pandorini

Stuffed savory pandorini can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one day. Alternatively, if not filled, they can be kept under a cake dome at room temperature for up to two to three days.
