Cook the pasta – make sure it’s al dente – rinse it under running water and drain.
Meanwhile, just heat the garlic, oil, and chili sauce – the oil should not fry.
Remove the red chilies and parsley stems from the pan.
Pour the pasta into the pan with the sauce and mix.Plate.
