Baked Tortellini

Baked Tortellini, tasty and very simple recipe. A typical Italian dish, famous for its creamy consistency and crispy crust on top. There are many versions, as each family has its own recipe with its secrets to make it special. Besides baked tortellini, I recommend trying tortelli with sauce. Among baked pastas, my favorites remain au gratin baked pasta and Apulian baked pasta.
Preparing baked tortellini is really easy, just a few simple steps. A tip I give you is to prepare a delicious homemade béchamel, if you don’t like the “white” version, you can enrich it with tomato sauce. Don’t forget to follow me on my social channels on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
