Ingredients
- 1.1 cups pumpkin (cleaned)
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 2.75 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (+ for decoration)
- 1 packet baking powder

How to Make the Pumpkin and Chocolate Bundt Cake
Cut the pumpkin into pieces and chop it. Then blend it and set aside.
In a bowl, place the eggs, sugar, and aroma: prepared with orange zest, lemon, and 1 teaspoon of honey.
Incorporate the flour, baking powder, and grated pumpkin, mix again until a well-blended mixture is obtained.
As the last ingredient, add the chocolate chips, using a spatula, mix from bottom to top.
Transfer the batter into a greased and floured bundt pan
Add a handful of chocolate chips and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 45 minutes.

You can store the pumpkin and chocolate bundt cake under a cake dome for up to 3 days. If you don’t like chocolate chips, you can omit them.
