  • 1.1 cups pumpkin (cleaned)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2.75 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (+ for decoration)
  • 1 packet baking powder

How to Make the Pumpkin and Chocolate Bundt Cake

  • Cut the pumpkin into pieces and chop it. Then blend it and set aside.

  • In a bowl, place the eggs, sugar, and aroma: prepared with orange zest, lemon, and 1 teaspoon of honey.

  • Incorporate the flour, baking powder, and grated pumpkin, mix again until a well-blended mixture is obtained.

  • Add a handful of chocolate chips and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 45 minutes.

You can store the pumpkin and chocolate bundt cake under a cake dome for up to 3 days. If you don’t like chocolate chips, you can omit them.
