- to taste corn flakes
How to Make Potato Balls with Corn Flakes
First, boil the potatoes in plenty of salted water for about 40-45 minutes, the time varies depending on the size of the potato. Mash them with a potato masher and collect them in a bowl to cool, then add salt, pepper, and incorporate the egg and grated Parmesan cheese.
Mix the ingredients well, then take a small portion and form into balls.
Insert a small piece of cheese inside.
Now roll the balls in coarsely crushed corn flakes to create a good coating. Cook in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil.
Storing Potato Balls with Corn Flakes
Many potato recipes can be stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container for about 2 days.
