Steps
To prepare the air fryer chicken rolls, place the chicken breast slices on a cutting board and lightly salt. Lay the slices of cooked ham, covering almost the entire surface of each chicken breast slice, and finally add a piece of provolone. Roll the chicken tightly to close it, using toothpicks if necessary.
Pour some extra virgin olive oil onto a plate, coat each roll in it, and then roll them in breadcrumbs, ensuring they adhere well. Place the chicken rolls in the air fryer basket and spray with oil.
Cook the rolls at 356°F (180°C) for 20 minutes, turning them halfway through and giving them another spray of oil.

Storage
