Bresaola, Stracchino, and Vegetable Rolls
Tools
what we need
- 1 Cutting Board
- 1 Knife
- Food Wrap
- 1 Plate
Steps
let’s go to the kitchen
Spread the bresaola slices on a sheet of cling film, overlapping the slices to make the “shell” more robust.
Spread the julienned lettuce on the bresaola and add a grind of pepper to taste.
Place the stracchino on top of the lettuce. You can substitute stracchino with ricotta to make the rolls even lighter.
Using the cling film, form a roll, and tighten the ends like a candy.
Transfer the roll to the fridge for 1 hour.
Meanwhile, julienne more lettuce and spread it on a serving plate.
Take the roll out of the fridge and, using a sharp knife, cut slices and place them on the julienned lettuce.
Finish with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a grind of pepper.
The Bresaola, Stracchino, and Vegetable Rolls are ready for you to enjoy.
Bresaola, Stracchino, and Vegetable Rolls. You can store them in the fridge for only 2 days with cling film.
Tips: You can replace stracchino with other spreadable cheese, and bresaola with any other wide-slice cold cut.
