Wash the zucchinis, cut off the ends, then cut them into 3 pieces, otherwise the noodles will be too long. Now pass them through the appropriate tool to make noodles.
Put them in a bowl and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
From the cut, you will have some “good” scraps left, cut them into small pieces.
In a small bowl, beat one egg with the Parmigiano cheese, salt, and pepper to taste.
